Default Clicking (relay) noise under LOAD - Tick Tick Tick

Hi,
Car is a 2004 A4 Wagon 1.8t automatic quattro. When I accelerate, there is a clicking noise coming from under the dash on the driver side somewhere. It will not "tick tick tick" when I rev the car at Park or in Neutral. The click noise is heard only when I press the gaz pedal, as soon as I release, no more "click click click..."
Everything is working A1, no hesitation, no faulty electronix etc...

Anyone has an idea ?
Thanks

Default Re: Clicking (relay) noise under LOAD - Tick Tick Tick

Hi,

The noise is coming from the inside. I notice something today, WHILE I am acceleratin (pressing the pedal), if I touch the brake pedal, just a very very very light pressure, it will stop the clicking sound... If I press to hard, the Ecu will cut the power out.

Thanks

Default Ebay intake question, come inside!

eBay Motors: 02-05 Audi A4 1.8T High performance COLD AIR INTAKE (item 360024514001 end time Feb-23-08 08:51:00 PST)

You guys think this will fit a 1.8T 2001 A4? Since the 2001 1.8T is the same as the 02+, don't know the MAF sizes so I thought i'd ask if anyone here has one of these or thinks the size will be fine.
