I have a 2002 A4 3.0 with the Bose system.

Is there a Audi "add on" for either XM or Sirius that's compatible with my head unit?

I was driving home today and the car started hesitating. I knew what it was because it has happend in the past. I took it to a auto store and borrowed their computer. It was a 304 code cylinder 4 misfire. Not even three months ago I had all the coils replaced as well as the wires and plugs. My mechanic is my wifes uncle so I know he did the work. I can't be replacing coils every three months. Something has to be causing the coils to go bad. Could it be the alternator?

 

I have a A4 2009, the manual says the 12-volt socket under armrest should work when the ignition is off or key removed.

Mine does NOT work unless the ignition is on or engine on.

Can someone confirm if this is normal? (mingmtl@yahoo.ca)

I've read about people installing performance chips in their a4's to get more horsepower and gas mileage. Has anybody tried it with their 09 a4?

 

The software for the Automatic Transmission is already available from GIAC.

I have a B6 A4 and being quote $220 for new one.
The company im going thru is Speedee Gonzalaz auto.
Great feedback from him on other Car forums in the GTA.
He said he will go lower if there are more cars.
Let me know, i m thinking about doing this soon.

$220 is a really good price! Is that OEM??? Here in Calgary we pay $450ish an RS4 windshield is $700

 

holy hell! ya 220 is an amazing price. I got quoted 550 for my A4 in waterloo. I dont need to replace it yet but with the amount i drive, i counted 32 chips so its only a matter of time till they play connect the dots. I would buy it and keep it in my garage or basement.
