I Echo NGUYEN, NXT Tech Wax 2.0 is very very good. Check out Meguiars Canada together with High Tech Applicator (Twin pack) and some other fine items. But there are for sure many other good products out there.

The most important thing is LOTS OF WATER.. LOTS OF WATER... to get rid of dust, sand etc. all the nasty things which can cause scratches.

Not sure how old your car is exactly waxing is okay but in my opinion no need to polish a new car in the beginning. This is might already be done by Audi Germany - ask your dealer.

Question Power Locks

Hi I am having a problem with my power locks, I had a look at the pump and a hose was off, the smaller one I believe, I just bought the car and the locks never worked. The driver side lock cyndler is damaged and if I put the key there and turn it to the left it only rolls down the windows. The problem I am having is only the driver side door is doing anything, the rear and passenger doors will not lock or unlock using either the switch on the drivers door or using the trunk lock cyndl. The pump only pumps for a breif second and thats it, is their something simple I am missing any help will be great

I just put teflon (black bottle, Canadian tire). It's just to protect the surface, doesn't look shiny though. I have been using it for a year. It's milky paste, when you apply it let it dry, then just
clean/polish.

you can just buy it here:Zaino Store Canada » Zaino Store

Remember to not just get the wax, it's the whole process that you are looking for. If you get just the wax, it will do nothing for you and will not bond with your paint very well where it will not last very long.

Remember that most waxes at Walmart or Canadian Tire are pretty crap. For Canadian Tire/Walmart, I would only stick with Meguiar's products. Mothers have some decent stuff too but I would rather use Megs products. Not all but most of the remaining products are just gimmicky products (like the Teflon) that really don't work that well.

matt,

as i said, waxing is okay but in my opinion no need to polish a new car.

for me there is a difference in waxing and polishing. two different applications.
