Default Re: RNS-E in Toronto

the integration that the RNS-E offers is far more superior then anything aftermarket. IE: when my phone rings, the AC fan turns down a few notches so the handsfree works better. and telephone call information and directory from my cell phone come up on the DIS (between tach and spedo) where i can use my multifunction steering wheel controls to control the cell phone. Not going to get that kind of integration with aftermarket. Thats why Audi charges more for their deck. Heck, thats why they charge more for the whole car! better toys!

Unhappy Chrome Wheels

Looking for aftermarket 17" chrome wheels to fit 2006 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro
I have previously ordered 2 different sets that the manufacturer guarenteed would fit but DID NOT. The problem is the large stock brake calipers stick out too far for the wheels I do not want to add spacers. Any suggestions from a known wheel that will work?

Default Re: Speedway Motors - Victoria BC audi dealer sucks

Only use Speedway for warranty stuff and even then it is a risk. Six months to fix the bluetooth phone. They never did check the fluids and replace the air filter under warranty until I asked where the power steering fluid would have gone. VW in Nanaimo is well worth the drive. I personally know many that drive from Victoria to use them. Even the same parts are cheaper in Nanaimo. Go figure!!!!!

Default Armrest clip fix?

Does anyone know how to remove the padded armrest without breaking any clips? I don't see any screws anywhere
I'm not even sure that I can glue that clip but it would be nice
any thoughts?
