I went in for the test drive and loved the overall experience. I think I made the right choice to opt for Tecnik because the virtual display is pretty slick. My build date is week 16 which should be in two weeks. That means I should get my car towards beginning June.

 

I also received an update that my car would be built on week 16 and completed by April 25. I'm hoping ithe information is right. It is frustrating that I can't get definitive updates from my dealer on when it will be delivered.

 

Being told now it could be early June... still hoping for May...

 

I ordered mine in January and received word last week it was completed on April 26. Audi's system say June 5 delivery, dealer has told me May 15. I should know on Monday. Will miss my current Q5 but am excited for the new one.

 

Thats great. I just got word from my dealer today that my Q5 is in transit from the factory. It was completed on April 26 (Week 16 build). However, he is saying first week June delivery.
I saw a White S-Line in the wild today. I first didn't notice it but the sequential turn signal gave it away.

 

Question for all. Is anyone considering an extended warranty? If yes, any idea on price

 

Wiz, it's great to hear about your Q5. It appears both of ours were completed on the same day. I opted out of the SLine this time. I really didn't want the 20inch wheels and black seat. Mine delivery date is also scheduled for first week of June. However my dealer has told me that they are expecting the delivery around May 15. They are going to confirm tomorrow. Where are you located? I am in Toronto.

 

Hope that my dealer can manage mid May as well. I am based in Ottawa. Will let you know if I get more info.
