Re: Audi Repair Shops to be avoided!!
thanks for the info
I recommend independent tuning located at Lawrence ave east and birchmount, look for mark, he is pretty knowledgeable he knows a lot about audis and they fix 90% audi. go there, if you got a problem with fuel injection he'll say go to the dealer because they have extended warranty up to 160,000 km that dealership will never tell you even your car is 5 yrs older. he is very honest.

I purchased my car at queensway, guy was great.
On the other side I can't stand their service department.
- had clogged rear windshield spray nozzle for the rear windshield, car was in the warranty (you have to book the appointment bla bla), spent $25 for the part and changed it myself at the spot.
- my battery dies in fall year and two months after i purchased brand new car. Answer was, we are busy changing tires, call Audi care and they will boost you. We can book you in a week
Not sure how good technicians are but their service department was arrogant and unprofessional to the point that I went to Audi Mississauga which is way longer drive but it is worth a trip.

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO AUDI DOWNTOWN!!! They are butchers!
Because of them, I have some "issue" with my speed sensor in the front driver's side. So now my ABS is constantly engaging. And when I had originally brought it back there when the ABS started acting up, they couldn't figure it out...made me buy a $1,000 new ABS module for no f**king reason!!!!
They are over priced and are really a pathetic excuse for customer service and technicians.
And I asked them if I should do a transmission flush on my automatic S4...they said that I was pretty much stupid for even considering it and that it has a lifetime warranty. Um, is that why all the parts are replaceable? Because they're NOT supposed to be replaced?? Riiiiiight.
So then I asked if the transmission itself had a lifetime warranty, lol...and he said no. Why? Because they rather the transmission blow up and you spend even MORE money replacing the tranny instead of just doing a flush in the first place.

Couldn’t agree more!!! Audi Downtown is brutal. Poor customer service and overpriced!!!

Re: Audi Repair Shops to be avoided!!
My warranty is JUST up in March. My milage is 74000. The representative said that the whole cost will be around $2000 which is think is dumb because when I took this to my friend's auto shop he said that since it is internal problem and this problem should not occur if my milage is that low. Has anyone experienced this and what should I do?
