[QUOTE=zimzamy;111819]If you want a good guy dont go anywhere but eurospeed. Ask for jack they are so nice you can eat off the floor...QUOTE]

Well, that was true. I was a Eurospeed customer for years but now that they have sold their service operation to RPM (the guys who used to work for Eurospeed, just next door) they have SERIOUSLY gone downhill. They forgot simple things at my last service, forgot to put a service reminder sticker on my windshield like Jack used to do twice even though I asked explicitly for it, and lately were inexplicably closed for a week, didn't return the message I left.

My car needs service now and has since August.... I'm looking for someplace new.

I don't really want to go all the way to Etobicoke, Eurospeed was very convenient for me. Suggestions?

Oh wow.. Great thread! I like this..

WARNING TO MEMBERS IN QUINTE AREA!

DO NOT take your car to Auto Master on Adam street in Belleville. They will rob ya blind and not take any resposiblilty of their own mistakes.

I know from experience and after I had my bad luck with them, I found out I wasn't the only one who has run into this trouble.

I brought the car in there more than once with stalling problems - the car would stall when I was coming to a stop randomly and the only tell tale sign was that the traction control light would come on. Leave the car for 10secs. and it would start right up on go on its way. The only one in the shop that could solve the problem was the old guy, (and he didn't even have to look at the car!) - clean the throttle body - no stalling ever since, >2yrs ago. I miss that old german guy...But I digress.

So far good honest work, on-time and good follow-up from the team there. They rarely do anything for free but they do what they say they are going to do and no surprises. They take the time to walk me through everything they've done and answer all the questions I have. They are pricey, but its an Audi. They are firm but I have been able to negotiate down the cost of a few repairs.

Not a glowing recommendation but I honestly have been happy to use them.

Greg.
hey i have agree about queensway audi.

i was on the qew heading west when my rear tire went. it just happened the next exit was islington so i rolled right into the dealership. they put my car on the hoist, flipped my spare on for me at no charge. sent me and the family on our way. took under 20 mins!

above and beyond. and saved my hands from getting dirty!

Hmm... I have a LOONG horror story about Queensway, but it was for very complicated stuff dealing with electronics resulting from bringing a US-model A4 to Canada.
For simple stuff I'm sure they're fine.

PFAFF was very good to me. Had a very obscure electrical issue that caused what seemed like a mechanical problem. It took a while, but they eventually found, and fixed it. And throughout the entire process, they couldn't have treated me any better. Very happy with the service I got.

Never dealt with OWASCO service, but their body shop is very good. Got my S-line front prepped and installed there. Straightforward to deal with and excellent work. Very friendly people.

Also, Neil from OWASCO parts dept is a great guy to deal with.

Also dealt a lot with IndependentTuning. Amazing people. Bryan's no longer there, but Mark is also a great guy to work with.

Take it to Independent Tuning, they are in Scarborough and you won't be disappointed at all. Fair price, excellent work.

I do all my service at Audi uptown two and half years now no problem nice ppl. Just don't do body work there because they send it to downtown auto collision where they lick *****. When my q5 got rear ended they forgot to re align one of my exhaust lol
