So I called Eurospeed two days ago to get a quote on the 25k service for the A3 - essentially a Oil Change & Cabin Filter Replacement.
The lady asked for my name and number and said they'd call back. 36 hours later, 1.5 days, she calls back quoting $150 + tax. Ok price but 1.5 days for a simple quote... ya gotta be kiddin' me!!
Ended up at Rocket Auto in Etobicoke - dude's name is Dragan, super fast and friendly and better pricing than Eurospeed by a few bucks. His shop is just off the Queensway east of Sherway Gardens and west of the Ikea.

I have been using RMP motors for years for our family's 3 A4's ,
They just moved from Bolton to Rexdale area, They are great and very reasonably priced.

Thanks for the info guys about the other shops...
One thing I wanted to add about my experience at Rocket Auto in Etobicoke;
Dragan, the dude who pretty much runs the shop solo, isn't able to reset the service reminder on 08' and newer audis.
He has a VAG tool but it doesn't communicate correctly with my ECU... he tried to reset but just kept getting back an error. If anyone knows a shop that will reset this without charge let me know, I'd take my car to their shop for my next servicing.

Do not use Audi Uptown. The service manager tried to get in a fist fight with me. The odd thing is that he did the same thing on a separate occasion with someone else I know.
In my case he claim that I broke my wipers when it was installed incorrectly by his service technician.
I had a written statement from certified Audi mechanic indicating that who did the installation had no clue.
Both of us did not instigate anything and ended up lodging complaints with Audi.
Couldn't believe how he acted like a thug and criminal.

If you want a good guy dont go anywhere but eurospeed. Ask for jack they are so nice you can eat off the floor!!!! they are clean organized and smart, and the way they keep their shop is how they are going to keep your car clean running well and quick.
my name is Bill I have had many cars different makes and no one has been as nice and as good as eurospeed Toronto its near dupont and duffrin the street name is geary hope you find your way there.
oh ya and they also supply all parts for vw audi and bmw those are the only cars they fix!!!!

OWASCO: in Whitby MUST be avoided as they are probaly where the Audi Downtown people learned how to screw their customers
