There are quite a few shops around town. I've dealt myself with PG Performance (Revo) in Surrey, and RPI (APR) in Richmond. A shop for work done I like is Scan Automotive in North Van, which is a sponsor for the local chapter of Porsche Club.
I've also bought my share of parts from the states too, and had them shipped to Point Roberts, WA to avoid customs brokerage. (You could also have them shipped up here too, but you'd have to make sure you give UPS/Fedex/whoever else a call soon after it's in the system so that you can clear customs yourself).

well....you would need 2....and im pretty sure the s4 is a closed loop system like the 1.8T so if you run BOV's you'll run rich and eventually f*ck up your engine.
