Just wanted to check in with the people that got the CANBUS error-free anti-flickering ballasts to see how they were holding up. The reason I'm asking is because I just bought the same HID fog light kit for my Q5 but the right side sometimes doesn't work when I turn it on. If I turn off the fog lights and then turn it back on, it might turn on. When this happens, it flickers once or twice and then stays on. Has anyone else been experiencing this with the CANBUS ballasts?

Thanks, I bought them from Jacky. He's been trying to help me troubleshoot the problem and suggested I swap sides for the ballasts to see what happens but I haven't had time to do that yet.

That's good, Jacky helped me troubleshoot a lot and replaced my originally ballasts with the canbus ones. Before I got the new ballasts, my right fog would turn itself off after about a minute or two of driving. On some occasions it wouldn't even turn on.

Yes Jacky will always replace defective ballast. These HID fog systems should be have exactly the same as the regular OEM bulb.

I took a quick look at my ballast, looks a little different. Sticker on it says DSPHID Canbus Ballast ARR08 instead. Couldn't get a picture, too tangled up~

Perhaps Jacky sent me the non-Canbus ballasts by mistake
