I admire you guys. When I was waiting for my Q5 I didn't even know you can track it. Tracking it like this makes it even worse. It won't get it here any faster, give it time you'll have plenty of time when it gets here plus the element of surprise.

Yes
We know but have you driven a Swift or Yaris lately because you sold your car and still waiting for the new to arrive?

That would be bloody marvellous, we've been catching the streetcar with a three year old, in this lovely weather we've been having. Warm isn't it

Hey, that is exactly why I have opted to trade in. I got less money for it, but also a lot less headache and transition was as smooth as it could be. Something to think about in the future.....
Happy New Year to all Audiforum.ca Q5'ers!!!

Default Q5 delivery

Just spoke to my vendor and he confirmed they have received the Q last Friday.

The car is being prepared (Rear DVD headsets, remote, side steps and trailer hitch).

Should be able to take delivery next Wednesday (2 days from now).

Whohoo!

He said they received a truck full of Q5.

Unfortunately, someone who had ordered at the same time was not lucky and his car was not on the boat (OBERON) but someone who ordered after got his car on the boat. Go figure.

Wednesday is going to be celebration day

Will post pictures when I get them.

Marc

You guys are lucky.

Mine is just on the boat now, the Elektra. Delivery scheduled the week of Feb. 7th.

This is after ordering in August!

WOW that's a long wait. I waited 2.5 months and I thought that was long.

Wow! this is just silly! Only sensible explanation is that dealer was goofing around with your order and it didn't get to factory in normal time.
On the good side, you will LOVE your ride! And celebration starts soon. Now when I have car for over month, I miss first week excitement. I remember I was blown away by this experience!
Not that it's boring now, by far not. It still puts smile on my face every time I get to drive it.
Sooooo, have your champagne/wine/beer ready!
