Default Headlight help on A4 B6

Got my 2003 A4 from Red Deer on Friday. Super! Drive back was a blast.

Burnt out a headlight on Sunday! Drivers side.

How tricky is it to change a bulb? Am I better off taking it somewhere for a quick and cheap fix? Is this an opportunity to upgrade the bulbs to something a little more slick? I saw another headlight thread where a guy put LED's into a 2003 that looked sharp!

Thoughts?

Also, I see a bunch of B6's rolling around with fog lights on and only the signal lights lit up, without the actual headlights running daytimes.

I can get my signals (oranges) to be the only ones to light up, but cant get those fog lights to come on while in this setting.

For some reason I can't find this combination for my car. Is this a vag-com preset or is there a chance I have blown a fuse?
