F/S Audi TT 225 Borla Exhaust

need new starter
wheres the cheapest place online or near ottawa to buy a new starter for my 97 a4 1.8t?
basically the stealership did a recall on my ignition switch 2 weeks ago, then tuesday my car wouldnt start anymore and now they are saying it wasnt their fault and I have to pay for a new starter. so anyway, any suggestions?

Is this even possible let me know i just bought this car not really sure what i can do to it and i cant to seem to find performance parts for it anywhere is it really not a performance type car or what? btw the car is a 96 awd

FS: Mint O.Z. Superturismo GT 18x8 ET 35, 5x112
Package of four almost new O.Z. Superturismo GT wheels (made in Italy). Rims and tires were only used for 3 months (1300 km). No bends. Never been curbed. Straight and true. However, while last photography, one wheel was dropped and now three spokes have small notches on them but they are barely noticeable. Other than that, everything is OK as mentioned before. Wheels are mounted, balanced, washed, waxed and ready to go.

1. O.Z. Superturismo GT lightweight: 24.7lbs rims. They are 18x8 ET 35, 5x112 bolt pattern.
Tirerack has them for $1,297.40 US now without additional taxes, duty and customs brokerage charges.
2. Ultra-High Performance All-Season Tires Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S P235/40R18 91W.
Tiretrends is selling them for $ 1,142.47 CAD now.
Carbon center caps and 20 lugbolts (four of them are security bolts) are included. Four centering rings are also installed.
