Fuel prices aren't dropping

Well not completely, we went back twice to save their ***
from the Krauts. They did a damn good job of holding them off
for three years but we had to help them because they
were running out of everything they needed to keep fighting or
even getting enough to eat. We even took over the protection of
the lazy Canadians for the Limeys because the French wouldn't
help defend them. Hell the French can't protect themselves, let
alone the Fogs in Canada. The Canadians haven't figured out yet
how to sell enough to the Japs to pay for 'Free' health care AND
an Army. Canada has good soldiers but they can't do the job with
ten planes and 1,000 troops that are only supplied with a rifle
and a Swiss army knife.

Actually, there are a lot less comfortable cars than a mini in the UK,
but your sentiments do just about sum it up.

In *your* part of the US, maybe. The geography of the United States is
hardly heterogeneous. The region from Boston to Washington could almost
be described as one giant 500-mile-long urban area.
