Yes it can be disabled and so can the brake sensor warning lights....however it is not safe to do so, this is why I didnt answer the question sorry I was a bit of an ***

hey dont use that **** on anything its so bad forYOU!!!!!! just get a new swifer hand thing. duster wand, whatever you want to call it, and im telling the dust is gone. dust is what dalls your leather and wood grain keep it off and things will look like new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i've been trying to do the remote windows thing, but i keep getting a pop-up saying no response from controllers. i can't even get to the point where the original codes show up and the buttons become clickable. i tried the troubleshooting on the ross-tech site, but no dice.

What a great thread, I just came across it for the first time, thanks 1move.
Here is another item for the A4. There is a little switch in the drivers door that disables the motion sensor part of the alarm. So if you go on a ferry and the crossing is rough, your alarm may come on. By disabling it, that won't happen.
