Hi there:
I got my 18" rims from a Toronto shop (very happy with them) $1600 installed.
I had my tints done by a 3rd party shop who actually used to do the tinting for uptown Audi. He charged me 240 for the tints and 220 for the 3m. Both fantastic quality, no issues whatsoever. The Audi care I highly highly recommend. But on everything else there is a fairly large mark up. If you have the cash readily available my recommendation is to do it outside the dealer. But if you're building the cost into a finance/lease then that's different.
