Just as I though. Faulty module (switch was my guess).

I picked up my 2011 last Monday (7/26) and today... yes, that's right, 8 days later, the passenger DRL is out. If they knew this was an issue with the 2009 and 2010 you would think they would have done something about it on the 2011. I love the Q5 so far but this is crazy. Going in tomorrow morning at 9am to get it fixed. UGH.

At least you had 8 clean days. 24 hours after I picked up mine I had condensation inside my dead lights. LOL

Wow, that sucks. I've had it for 8 days but because I was out of town for work, this is really the first day I have used it. What a hassle. Have you had any other problems? Is yours a 2011 or 2010?

No other issues at all. Steering wheel makes a bit of a whining noise when I turn it at low speed no biggie. Taking it in later this month. Mine is a 2010.

Good to hear, hopefully this will be your last trip regarding DRL.

Update: After bi*ching to Audi USA for the last several weeks, they decided that they are going to give me a free month on my lease!! That's right, FREE. While I was pretty upset about having my DRLs go out after just 8 days, this gesture proves to me that Audi really does care about their Brand experience. I am quite surprised that they are doing this, but I will say that it goes a long way in making sure that I am a happy customer who will likely buy their product again.

Word to the wise... BI*CH. LOL

WOW - I am impressed. Depending on your lease terms, a month could be a lot of money. That's awesome.
