The Audi Q5 in Canada only comes with a single CD slot (one SD). The Navigation Package turns this into a combination single CD/DVD slot (two SD). One cannot get a six CD changer for a Q5 in Canada. CD's will share the same fate as cassette tapes soon anyways. For example, the 2011 TT has a Navigation MMI option to get either a six disk changer or just an AMI hookup (iPod) with no CD deck at all. I think you will see this more and more in the years to come.

solution: use PC to transfer (simple click and drag) CD and iPod music onto SD card. Take SD card and insert into MMI. Select SD as source for Jukebox and upload.
Note Jukebox only arranges by Track, Artists, Albums, and Genres (based on the CD and/or iPod info). No playlists or rankings are maintained. (i.e. if you have a favorite playlist, consider editing the tracks to be the same fictitious artist and album, before copying onto the SD). Shuffle play (mix) only works with Tracks.

yup. Initially had the same issue: CD and iPod played, but did not transfer into harddrive.
solution: use PC to transfer (simple click and drag) CD and iPod music onto SD card. Take SD card and insert into MMI. Select SD as source for Jukebox and upload.
