if you can live with the fwd, then i would get the TL. it's a nice looking car with decent power, but i don't believe it comes in manual (correct me if i'm wrong please).

2004 TL comes in tiptronic and 6 speed manual. It's pretty much a low 6 second car but really it's more about comfort etc.

If you drive in snow and rain...yeah this discussion is done with one word…Quattro!

You should buy what suites your needs, I am not an Acura guy so I will not comment on the car but the A4 is a nice car if it has been taken care of. Remember, any car can suck, regardless of manufacturer if it has been abused.
