That's a tough question, since paint jobs vary in both quality and price. I would say that a very good paint job (and you'll want one for your Audi), be prepared to spend around $4K.

 

I was quoted 2500 for hood, front quarters, and rear quarters with all dents removed and then a good polish\wax by a shop here that has done work for me before so I think 4k is about right for a full job. The reason I only got a quote for those parts of the car is due to lots of rock chips and a couple scrapes\dents from the previous owner. Also I think some-one used a buffer to wax it up and didn't have a clue what they were doing.

Get a few quotes from 3 or 4 shops and ask for references. Ask tons of questions! The type\color of paint will make a huge difference in the price BTW.

yea thats a big deal. if its not too big of an issue, dont bother. i got tons of scraps on my lower bumper but they are all non visible unless u go other the car. im so glad my a4 isn't lowered, otherwise id be replacing bumpers every year.
