I have a 98 A4 fully stock, the problem with the car was, after installing autometer boost gauge i noticed that it was not making boost only 2-3 psi. I have tryed to do many basic thigs to figure out the problem but thought that it was the turbo, do to some shaft play. Since, I have done head work and all the seals ect. and do to my turbo being shot, i decided to go with a larger turbo, choice was T3 50 .63, along with FMIC, and 2.5'' Greddy cat back with 2.5'' catless DP.. it took a while to fig. out and all but all went well. Now since i have strted the car and made few runs the car still has same issue not spooling past 3 psi. I have vag'ed it and i do get one code which was ( knock on cylinder 2, low knock signal), i would realy appriciate some feed back..if need more info let me know..
