Default Audi Q5 Winter Tire Issue Need Help

Hey everyone,

this is probably a repost but i couldnt find anything specific to the problem i have.

I have a 2010 Q5 3.2 Quattro and last winter i purchased (through tire rack) 18x8 MSW Type 11 Machined Wheels (now discountinued) with 235/60R18 XL Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25 tires, (also tire pressure sensors) Since they have been installed anytime going above 100km the steering wheel shakes/rumbles. This year we brought it to several mechanics and nobody could fix it. The audi dealership this year noted that all four wheels were "out of round" and possible rim bent.

Now i want to buy a new winter set but spending 3k at the audi dealership seems absurd. What is everyones reccomendation for a winter package set? Thanks in advance, if anyone else needs any other information i will be able to provide it!

ps. maybe an option is to buy new rims and keep the blizzak tires.. or should i be buying an entire new set?
