Speedway Audi in Victoria

Re: Speedway Audi in Victoria
I can honestly say that the service at Speedway Motors is exceptional!
I gladly pay a little extra for top service and the confidence that my car has been serviced properly. I took my B5 S4 there and am taking my B6 A4 there. Stacy and the other girl are very helpful and friendly.
The car is always washed and cleaned on the inside after a service and they fix little things like light bulbs etc. free of charge.
In fact their service is so good, my friend who owns a BMW is seriously considering an Audi as his next vehicle because Victoria BMW's service department just can't live up to the service experience at Speedway!
I strongly recommend Speedway to any Audi/Porsche owner!

Re: Speedway Audi in Victoria
I just want to give a shout out to Stacy at Speedway!! I just recently lost my A4 to a dear outside of Calgary and have been arguing with ICBC on my rims and tires and the overall value of the car etc....Stacy and I believe a gentleman named Ryan helped me out on a few different things i needed. They were both pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ryan even offered up their location if I needed anything shipped out from my car etc.... Thanks again guys if your reading this!!

I'll confirm that David Vollet and Tyson are great on the sales side. Dave gave me the best price on my MY11 S4 out of the 8 dealers located throughout BC and AB. He also knew I wanted to be there when the truck arrived to take photos, but when he called me with the arrival news, I couldn't get out of work in time. Dave took it upon himself to head out, snap a dozen photos, and email them to me. Totally unexpected, and I was very greatful - picked him up a nice bottle of Chateau Neuf for that one.
As for the service dept, only thing I've had done is a winter tire install onto my stockers, and it was flawless - not so much as a scuff on any part of the rim. The best though was a follow-up call the next day just to make sure everything was ok. Never had that kind service from BMW, let alone any shop.
Gary, the service manager, used to work at Vic BMW too - really good guy. That may or may not tell you something. Impressed so far overall with Speedway.

Re: Speedway Audi in Victoria
I recently had my annual service done on the A4 and they gave me a loaner Porsche Cayman. Kind of fun, but even better, I like the ride, handling and comfort of the A4 WAY better than the Porsche. Got that little dream out of my system. It was interesting in a souped up go cart kind of way; hard, fast, tight fit in and out, growly engine behind your head. Lots of fun no doubt, but the other 99% of the time you aren't on open smooth highway with no one in sight it's as harsh a ride as a hummer and twitchy on the acceleration. Service was great from Speedway BTW, Audi is making big strides in customer relations and vehicle sales. Good work!
