Default Speedway Audi in Victoria

Anyone have any experience with this dealership and/or service department?
Good/bad?
Overpriced?

Thanks

Pretty good service dept for Audi at Speedway. Ask for Stacy, she is the Audi/Porsche service rep their with the most experience/knowledge. Best Audi service tech is Charlie, he has been there for a long time and knows his stuff.

I take my Audi A4 there.

I have had excellent service from this location.

I purchased a used but still on warranty A4 in Alberta that had coil issues which were replaced there under warranty however it screwed up the Cat.

I called Speedway when returning to the island and they ordered in the CAT to be replaced, called when it was in, schedule an appointment, washed and vacuumed the car when done , and fixed the glove box alignment without even being asked.

All N/C.

contact Stacy stacym@speedway-motors.com
for excellent service.

Finally!!!! I found some Audi owners in my town!! How well do you know the A4's, I have some questions about mine as it is new to me and I don't have that much knowledge on them. My questions though are hard to explain, so I would like to meet up with someone some night and talk....

I've got a car on order from Speedway - good deal on price from David there. Sure hoping their svc dept is as good as the sales side if I need warrenty work done.

As for servicing in Vic, I used to take my older porsche to Forward Automotive just down the street on Caledonia, and can't praise them enough for the great jobs they did for me. Honest and professional. For Porsche, Audi, and BMW no longer under warrenty, I'd highly recommend Forward, but only 'cause I've never had svc at Speedway b4.

Great service so far. A little skinny on choice because it's a small shop and part of the VW/Porsche/Audi franchise. But Dave Vollet and his helper Tyson did as good as could be expected. No problems. I think they really want to kick BMW's *** and have to make it on service like Acura or Lexus. Great time for Audi owners!

So would any of you folks in Victoria like to meet up sometime? It would be nice to talk to some others that are more familiar with Audi's in person. Let me know and i'll share my contact info....

Speedway is about the worst service I ever had and we have an Audi and a Volkswagen.
All the people I know have problems with the Speedway service and overpriced part sale.

I'd suggest with an experience (s) that are behind your comments, that you would be well served to communicate that with Stacy. I know she tries here best to assist.

Audi's are expensive in Canada parts wise, but that is not the fault of the dealer its VW Canada that sets the percentages above wholesale that they buy from the factory.
For less expensive parts buy out of the US, oil filters for instance are less than 1/2 the price in Canada.
