Yesterday I went to Southgate and bought (were on oreder for a few days) a fender linear and a wheel spoiler that got damaged with the Edmontonian winter.

I got charged full price: what a shock! Last year, while still leaving in Toronto I was getting from 10% to 25% off, depending on the dealership, on list pricing just for asking.

I spoke with Dan Arklie re: pricing and he was kind of surprised hearing that I expected to pay less than full retail! We talked and he could see my point... he suggested that perhaps if enough AUDI Forum users will mention it to Dan's management, they might do something about spare parts pricing.
