i havent been to royal oak but i didnt hear alot of good things
but glennmore audi is very good..its alot smaller but the service is amazing

 

Yes, same ownership. I deal with Glenmore because they're closer but have had excellent service at Royal Oak also.

 

I just bought an A4 30th Anniversary edition from Royal Oak and they were great. After owning 5 BMWs I finally feel like a dealer appreciates my business. Its a smaller store with more of a personal touch.

 

We are approaching our first maintenance and must ask is there anywhere outside of this "family of dealerships" where we may have our car serviced?

Calling Air Canada is easier than getting through Audi Glenmore.

Is a VW dealership an option with Audicare?

 

I don't think a VW dealership is an option. You can try booking online, that works well for me.

 

haven't been to glenmore audi in about 3 years, but went there a couple times 2006-2007, found their service dept to be a little snotty. maybe it has improved since then?

 

Royal Oak is Awsome if you need anything go see the best guy there, his name is VINCE a very good friend of mine as well.

Sales are sales, experiences vary greatly no matter where you go to spend your money. If it were me I'd price out both dealers.

As to booking service I do it online. Brian Duggan in service at Glenmore is great to deal with and won't screw anyone around. I was there just yesterday.

The VW/Porsche dealership on Macloud trail is owned by the same guy that owns Glenmore and royal oak Audi.
