Updates via DVDs were until 2010 when cars were equipped with MMI 2G HIGH systems with Navigation DVD Drive in trunk...
You have 2010 model so you should have Hard Drive based MMI 3G HIGH.
Means you have to update the navigation database inside MMI itself.
If your MMI never updated and still in factory condition - you should have P0110 software version of MMI and 5.3.4 map database version. (Stock on 2010 year AUDIs)

You should have MMI MIB2 system and your system generally comes with 3 free map updates included...
(You login to "my Audi" website, download map, copy to SD card, implement in MMI)
Note: downloaded to SD Map is VIN linked to your MMI specifically so it can't be uploaded to different MMI...
