i finally heard back from the Audi Dealership in Toronto. Latest Map is 8R0-060-884 BL but wont be available in TO until much later this year. The kicker is $700 before tax to update the maps.

part of the reason why it is so high is a 2hr labour fee cuz that's how long it takes to update the maps.

Probably make sense to go a US dealership to get a better deal. Don't know if they will update the maps given the VIN # is for a Canadian model.
