If they didn't tell me at the time of picking up the car, I doubt they're going to tell me if I ask 2 months later.

I contacted Audi Canada. They contacted my dealer and I got a cheque for $250 sent to me from the dealer.
Audi Canada says early 2012 for the rear view camera.

I just got a letter from Audi Canada saying that the rear camera is now available and I should contact my dealer to set up an appointment for installation ,called the dealer and waiting for a reply .

A camera credit was applied to all deals ($250.00) from Audi Canada. A letter was issued recently from Audi Canada to all dealers with news that the cameraS should arrive early in the new year and they will be installed at no charge.
