Have purchased the H&R 29001-1 springs and have a quote from an Indy shop of 5 hours for the front and 2 for the rear totalling 7 hours. Have heard this usually falls closer to 4 hours. Anyone have any thoughts as to this being a reasonable quoted time or can recommend a good place to have this done in the London or surrounding area. Quoted labour is $70 an hour which is reasonable, just think the time is a little high.

 

That does seem like a LOT of labour. I had a Optima lowered and I felt ripped off when they charged me for 4 hours.
