On December 1, when I ordered, I was told 3 months. A few days later, after I ordered, I was told April. Still waiting...

 

Ouch...did they give you any reasons for such a long delay?

 

Nope, no reason. They mentioned something about waiting for their allocation. To be honest, the impression I am getting from my dealer is that we aren't a huge priority...they have many customers. Not that they have done anything specific, it's just like they are indifferent.

My husband is shopping for a Q7 TDI right now, fully loaded, and we're still getting the same indifference.

There are some dealers that work way harder for your business than the dealer we are dealing with.

 

Sorry to hear that...I suppose the only power we have as consumers is to vote with our feet. Hopefully you find a deal who treats you better with the Q7.

 

My order was placed in early December and I was told a delivery date of end of March or early April. I got an update this week that it's supposed to arrive in Canada tomorrow.

Does anyone know if it goes to Halifax or Montreal from Germany? I'm picking it up in Ottawa...

Mine went to Halifax as well. From there not sure where but it was pretty quick to get to my dealer.

 

I ordered at the end of Nov and was told 4-5 months, so in that regard I think it will be on time. I just got a call that it should be here by the end of March.

 

Mine just arrived in Calgary and has already been through the shop. Ordered from Glenmore Audi on December 1. I have to wait until Wednesday though for it to go through their detail shop, which is backed up.
FYI.

 

As told previously, I had ordered mine last december 4. I am getting it on next wednesday pm, march 24.
