2018 Q5 can't start engine and the horrible road assistance
2018 Audi Q5 only 8000KM. It can't start engine while the battery is good (the voltage was checked). This is surprising and disappointing to me considering the money I paid and it is AUDI and it is NEW.
Called the road assistance many times, finally one operator answered my call and said the tow truck would arrive in 3 hours. That was 5pm Saturday and I have been trapped at home all day. However, no one contacted me until 11pm. At 11pm I found there was an voice message and it said the dirver was at my drive way. I hurried to open my door. No one. Called back, no answer. That is Day 1.
I called the road assistance 6am the next day. This time it was quick, I think. One hour later, the tow truck came, but I was told the gear can't put into neutral so it cannot be put on the flatbed. Frustrating!
I had to call the 800 number again at 7:30am. This time the damn tow truck came 6 hours later at 2:15pm! I don't remember how many times I called during the waiting time, begging for help. I understand that people who got problem outdoor should have priority but 6 hours is still ridiculous to me. What is even more ridiculous is that the third driver told me the Q5 was too heavy to his tow truck as it is not a flatbed. I was speechless.
Now I called the road assistance asking to send me the fourth truck (if the one at 11pm Saturday really came) to tow my expensive failure away! God know when this could be done. I really need to clear my driver to get to work and send my kid to school tomorrow!!!
