I test drove a 2.0 Q5 earlier this year and liked it, but the power was lacking. I'll be picking up the 3.0 Q5 as soon as they are available.

3.0 liter supercharged engine available as 2014 model for sure but unknown if available in the 2013. 3.2 L engine is definitely ending in 2013. See info on SQ5 released today. Video gives more info on changes. New MMI will be included, same as new 2013 A4 with bluetooth streaming of music.
Dealerships will be able to order 2013 model in July for October delivery.
AudiCanada will provide ordering information for the 2013 models early July to the dealerships.

For the entire lineup, the 2013 Audi Q5 approaches with six power-train alternatives: three TDI turbo-diesels, two TFSI gasoline engines and the aforementioned hybrid.All of the power-trains combine direct fuel intrusion with forced-induction technology, as well as a stop-start system for optimized fuel economy.

 

Canada will never see so many engine alternatives.

 

As far as I know the 3.0 engine is going into the S5 for 2013.. Both the Coupe and the Cab.
