Parts Sites?

Parts Sites?
Hey folks,
So, if you've recently seen some pics of an 86 Coupe GT, that is my current project.
As some of you may know, the car is kinda rare around these parts. Along with this, the parts for this car seem a bit hard to find.
I've been researching parts for this car as I have a bit of work to do on it and I came across a few online parts sites. (ie. Auto Parts Online Canada, Auto Parts in Canada! - Canada Auto Parts Online
Just wanted to know if these sites can be trusted along with the brands they offer?
I do want reliable parts as this car will hopefully be turned into something beautiful.
Thoughts?

I haven't heard of or dealt with any of the above mentioned companies so can't comment. Here is another company that I have heard about and are very reputable in the industry.

Re: Parts Sites?
Thanks for the link. I just tried it out. It doesn't have all the parts in stock that I'm looking for unfortunately. I had a feeling that might happen with this car. Perhaps I can request an order?

Re: Parts Sites?
Autopartsway is great, I used it for parts for my MK4 Golf, and my friend ordered lots of stuff for his Lancer. It is one of those "dropship" warehousing deals... they have everything listed with their prices but ship out of many different warehouses across Canada they have deals with, I ordered a brake kit and it came from Ottawa under the shipping name "Mike's Bug Barn" ordered another time and it was another VW type parts supplier, same deal for my friend's Lancer parts.
Great prices, All OEM, and fast shipping, took me 3 days from time of payment to have my parts at my door, best part, no dtuy fees as it all ships from within Canada.
BTW super jealous of your 86 Coupe :P

I bought exhaust for my old Integra from them. They did ship the wrong part (easy mistake) but they made it right quickly enough. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Re: Parts Sites?
Have had good luck with CanadaPartsOnline, but have had a problem of late, with vacuum line parts that I couldnt find here but found them from a supplier in the States(didnt ship internationally). Ended up having to go to the dealer! Two hoses that listed as 24 dollars in the US.....96 dollars here. A valve that I could access through a supplier here in Canada.....50 dollars.... was the same at the dealership here. Just cant understand, why they charge three and a a half times what the same part sells for in the states. They make it very easy to go elsewhere. Dont want to hear....."if you cant afford it buy something else"! Love the car....hate the dealership and will do everything I can not buy from them. Got done on a window regulator at a dealership in the States when on a trip there and have been tainted ever since!!! Anybody had any luck with finding the hard to find vacuum lines from supplier in Canada.....Partsource and Napa and Canadian Tire are a no, they only have certain parts and not the ones I needed(Crankcase breather "t" Valve and two hoses that hook it to the valve cover, intake and oil filter block)

Best site I have found is ECS Tuning , they are in the States but they ship to Canada.

Re: Parts Sites?
I also go to ECS Tuning a lot... until I found genuinevwaudiparts.com which can be a lot cheaper.
