Hmm. You really really want to buy yourself a Bentley manual for the car. It's absolutely necessary.

The switch IIRC comes out via removal of the steering column cover then you can see the wiring plug, pull that off and you should see the **** end of the plastic ignition switch...this comes off after a small philipps screw is removed, should be clearly visible.

Yes you can have lights if the switch has failed as ( if this is the actual case ) it will only be a partial failure.

Dumb question: Absolutely positive there is no juice at either of the fuel pump relay pins?

 

Hey sorry for taking so long to get back to you. No there is no voltage at the fuel pump relay. However, if I jump the terminals on the "overvoltage protection" relay (located on the interior relay panel) I can get power to the relay. But the fuel pump fuse still has no power. . .I thought that very strange. Anyways, I got an ignition starter switch coming today and I'll give that a try and let you know! thanks
