Hallo, I live on the Prairies. I have for a long time liked the look of the Audi Avant especially the S4 and S6 versions Owned one Audi before - the little Audi A2 when living in England. It was a great compact car.

I found a 2004 S4 Avant being advertised with under 80,000km and under $30,000. Is this a good deal or too good to be true?

How "good" is the B6 S4 Avant with the 4.2L V8 engine? What should I consider and look for if I want to buy a 2004 S4 Avant? Is it a really expensive car to run and maintain? Are these 4.2L V8 engines very reliable/bulletproof? Is 100,000km on these cars almost negligible or is that the start to higher than normal maintenance costs? Would I be able to drive this car for another 6 years and another 100,000km?
