Default New to the forums, would appreciate some advice!

Hello all,

I'm a brand spanking new S4 owner. It's V6 3.0T. I used to race 3rd gen RX7's about 15 years ago, so I know a little about modifications and such, but that was a rotary engine with sequential twin turbo's, this is a whole different beast!

I was hoping to get some advice and direction from the guys/gals who have been there and done that. The car will be my daily driver and I will occasionally have to take clients out in it, so I don't want to make it unprofessionally loud - if there is such a thing. As an example, my family could hear me coming home from about 1.5 miles away in my RX7... that's not what i'm going for here.

I am hoping to get some modest gains in performance and was thinking exhaust and a tune would be good places to start? There's also a SC pulley i've seen online as well. What companies put out legit products? Which ones to avoid?

Any advice, direction, help, thoughts, stories or ideas are GREATLY appreciated. Also, now that I think about it. I'd definitely NOT like to void my warranty since the car is brand new, and yea.... I don't want to do that. haha!

I live in San Diego and if possible, would like an introduction to any after-market performance shops that anyone can recommend.

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Sincerely,

Josh
