Back to the Auto Union
Greetings all,
Well it's going to be time to replace my aging Subaru soon and I think it's time to go back to Audi. I've had a few in my years, an '85 Coupe, then an '87 Coupe Quattro which got me into off road rally's. I then drove/raced a '93 90, and raced a '94 100. Then I got an offer to switch to Subaru and pilot a '91 Legacy with the RSR engine in full race trim. It's been many years since any kind of sanctioned events for me, but I've been driving Scooby's even since that first Legacy.
Well the time has come to leave the far east and get back into some fine German auto magic. My goal is an S4 Avant B7 variant (I just love the sound the V8 makes). Yes the sedan is uber cool, but I have a dog and three kids now, so the extra room is needed. I might also (gasp) put a hitch on it so I can pull my little trailer with the bikes.
Looking forward to getting to know some members of the community, and hopefully give some lucky S4 a good home.
