That's amazing news! Good stuff. Every now and again, the dealer pulls through when you least expect it.

My bad, not yet. But I did just totally detail the car Monday night. I'll be back in Regina tomorrow and I'll try to remember to take a few then. All of the leather conditioner I used should have soaked in by then!

The instrument cluster on my 2000 Audi TT failed July 2004. The temperature and fuel gauges were off, but I was able to mentally adjust. Since I didn't have $800 lying around, I decided to wait for the repair and put up with the increasingly annoying problem. After I got a speeding ticket because the speedometer was periodically going haywire, I bit the bullet and paid the $850 in 2006. So glad to get the settlement claim forms. I returned them with my repair bill. Denied-they said my claim was invalid because it was not within the 6 years of the placed in service date. I appealed-the failure actually occurred in 2004, just didn't get it repaired until later-I sent the original diagnosis from the dealer. Big surprise!!!! Denied again. Said my claim was still invalid. No explanation, just this is our final answer, don't contact us again. I don't understand. If I had not had it repaired at all, I assume they would repair it now? Anyone else in this situation?
