EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED BY THE VENUE
Hey gents, I just received the final details from Chris Pace regarding the eshine meet.
Here they are as follows:
Show will start at 1PM officially and go until 5PM. We will supply the BBQ, Fridge, coolers etc and I understand Audiforums supplies the food and does the cooking.
1-2PM, Meet and greet. Store is open and all members will receive a free T-Shirt, and 15% off everything in our store (For the whole day)!
2PM. Detailing demos. A few items I would like to go over are.
a) Clay barring and decontamination of paint.
b) Differences between products types (Polish, wax, sealants etc)
c) Differences between polisher types and polisher demos. Members will also be able to try a polisher on our vehicles to get a feel for them.
We will also have a huge Joust Inflatable and have a little competition, the winner will get a $100 Gift certificate.
We will also have another competition… A reverse steering bike! You turn left, it turns right. Each member can have two tries on this bike. Who ever gets the furthers…another $100 gift certificate!
Lastly, there will be other free samples and giveaways throughout the day along with grand giveaway. I have been to a few shows where the person with the best paint receives a prize, IMO I find that the person with the nicest paint doesn’t need anything! He is already doing a good job. I like to find a person who can use a nice package to clean up his car. I usually make this prize customized to the car I pick and pick products that that certain user needs! Its not a ghuge prize so don’t purposely come with a dirty azz car! LOL

Members, this is very hard for us to do but we have no choice but to cancel the meet at this time. We were supposed to move into a new building last winter, the plan kept on getting delayed. The opportunity came on short notice and the space we were in had a new lessee having to move in ASAP. The plan was to have our open house (May 28th) in the original location and start moving ASAP. The renovations in the new building are going slower than we had planned and we are still in between two buildings. We currently have no showroom as the drywall and paint is being done, our details have been put on hold until we are set up to detail again and I am typing this notice on a wooden pallet and a recycling box. We thought we can pull it off and still be ready for the event but it won't be ready in time. We are extremely sorry for this! This is the first time we have had to cancel an event and it is very embarrassing. I hope the members understand we did not plan on this and tried hard to make the date.

sounds great!! really looking forward to this event! will be a whole lot of fun and information! nice to stock up on all the car supplies at a discount for the summer too!
PS. we should try and promote this as much as possible on this forum at others that this event is sponsored by Audiforum.ca and run by Golden Horseshoe group and open to anyone.

I have added a poll to this event so we know how much food to bring. Oh yes there will be free food and drink for those that attend.
Don't miss out on this fantastic event. For those coming from the East there will be one or two designated meet up locations and a cruise through Niagara Wine country to the event.
