Default What's up with these "extra charges"?

I just bought a 2014 Q7 TDI which i'm very happy about...but what's up with these extra charges?

Does everyone pay these charges?

1. Globali for $195??? give me a break...I pay for car insurance, why do i need this?
2. Administration Fee for $295??? huh? what I have to pay them to sell me a car?
3. Wheel locks for $250??? is this mandatory? bit expensive no?

Just curious if other Audi owners have been charged these items by the dealer?

Thanks

Welcome to Audi.

I think my admin/finance fee was $500
My cost for wheel locks was $400
They also got me for a oil pan heater I won't ever need.

What it adds up to is a small amount of buyers remorse, at least it did for me.

When people ask me how I like my new car, I typically make a face like I'm trying not to crap myself. Even though I really like the vehicle, I still associate it with the feeling I had while buying it; which was hugely negative.

The sales experience really took away from the pride of ownership for me. And it probably means for the next car, I will look at Audi last.

Just wait until the warranty is over....repair costs are incredible!
I have a 2009 A4 3.2l
While under warranty I had problems such as sensors and antenna repairs.
Shortly after I passed the warranty mileage my side assist sensors went, $1300 at Pfaff.
To date I have to fix: Drivers seat no longer heating -quoted $1523 + tax
The MMI Display is faded, and I have only cold air blowing.
Unreal, I thought I was buying a reliable car.
