Audi a6 quattro 2.8 coolant leak

I have and audi a6 quattro 2000 and it started leaking this summer. I brought to my mechanic and he said it was the water pump so i replaced my water pump and did the timing belt. few days later it started leaking right under in the middle any idea of where's the problem is? because i cant see where its coming from
