Hi all,

I recently picked up my 2020 SQ5. However, I am having trouble setting up AudiConnect, and the dealership has been no help.

I've downloaded Myaudi, created a profile, and the dealership verified the account.

However, when I am in my car, and try to set up a key user (entering my email and the 10 digit code that came with my car key), I get an error message "a connection error occurred."

Any advice?

Yes, the systems have been down for the last week or so.

 

Thanks - it is connected now.

However, I still cannot lock/unlock the car using the MyAudi app. I get an error message saying, "Vehicle could not be unlocked. You do not have the necessary rights to carry out this action."

Do you know how to fix that, or is that the system being down again?
