Default GREAT DEALS ON HIDs and LED Bulbs!

I am not affiliated with the company nor do I get paid to promote their items. I just wanted to pass on what I think is a great deal to everyone in the community. To get a great deal on a set of HID kit, click HERE or for an even greater deal (with lifetime warranty), click HERE. I will try to post other deals when I stumble across them. Thanks and a great day!

I've have the 35W units on my 325i for about 2 years now as well and have had 0 problems with the unit. Hubby's got the 55W unit and has them installed in his M3, 0 problems as well. The Quattro we have now is using a kit from VVME, and the quality (IMO) are comparable to the DDM's. I decided to purchase through VVME because DDM was backlogged at the time. Plus VVME gave me a great deal and shipped faster (and cheaper) than DDM Tuning.

The DDM's are all plug and play kits. The VVME kit I used in my 2.8Q is a 55W unit. I have the installation and my review documented HERE. For deals on the VVME HID kit, please click HERE. No known specials on the VVME unit at this time, but I was able to purchase mine for CAN$48 shipped!

!!! UPDATE !!!

It appears that both the Apexcone and the DDM Brand HID kits are now covered with a lifetime warranty. Their prices are still the same and according to their Facebook page, will not be discounted any further. FYI!!!

In your DIY review you bought new headlight housings - When everyone says PLUG AND PLAY does that mean you can put them into the stock lights? I have a 1998 A4 and was going to get new bulbs, but if these are brighter and a similar cost, I will just do this instead.

... As long as they just go into my exisiting headlight lens'

EDIT - Just reading the DIY install section now - lol

Hi Chad,

Yes you can install them in your halogen casing but you will run the possibility of "blinding" oncoming traffic. I have heard of people being pulled over for this as the glare can sometimes be overwhelming. Also, installing HID kits in halogen casings will require one to modify (drill a 1" hole) the back cover. In my thread, I did not have to modify the Helix headlights.

Mind you, I haven't really looked at the Hella halogen headlamps to see if one can install an HID kit on them without drilling the back cover. Ill check them and post my findings later.

Hi Chad, please don't put hid in your two-piece halogen housing.

It's very annoying to other cars on the road (and yes cops do pull you over for that). It blinds the oncoming traffic and the few cars ahead of you. If you really want hid, then get some one-piece projector headlight housings off a 99-01 a4. They are not that expensive and after that you'll have perfectly legal and awesome headlights.

So those 1 piece ones will still fit the 1998 without modifications?
