Experience with Autopartsway.ca
If you're going to order parts online to save some money, I suggest you avoid autopartsway.ca.
My window regulator on my 2004 A4 broke, so I ordered one from there because it was $82 and I had good experiences with them when I ordered parts for my Jetta from there.
However, the part they sent me wasn't up to OEM standards as the wires were crossed backwards, and caused the regulator to jam and break again. I went two months with a broken window and no word from them on a replacement or a refund. I ended up going to the dealership because I was fed up with having a broken window, especially with a job that required me to be in my car a lot, and spent $210 for the new part.
This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Save yourself the trouble, you will end up spending more money in the end if you order through them.
What should have only cost me $82, ended up costing me $397 (it's a much longer story than what I posted).

That odd. I've had a great experience with them. I got the PBR brake pads that are phenomenal and added 3 Mann oil filters to get over the free shipping mark and it showed up in a day. I basically got the three filters for free.

Re: Experience with Autopartsway.ca
Like I said, I hadn't had any issues in the past, but if you do happen to have a problem with a part, it's quite the hassel.
Update: A year later, I'm finally getting my money back. We'll see though, its been 3 business days and the money hasn't shown up in my account as of yet.

Re: Experience with Autopartsway.ca
I had a bad experience with them as well a couple of years ago.
My very first order with them, I bought a set of rotors but they shipped the wrong ones. They refused to pay for the return shipping, even though it was their mistake and my first order with them. Great first impression they made - I never bought from them again. I order with RockAuto now - never had a problem with them.

Re: Experience with Autopartsway.ca
I found this post by looking for a coupon to autopartsway.ca. I'v had nothing but good experience with them probably for the last 3-4 years. Most of the parts they carry are OEM and come with a full warranty in case something goes wrong. THey really expended their warehouse base lately I think as well, so I get my order in just a couple of days usually. Pricing can't be beat for OEM parts in Canada
