Anyone know of any local stores in T-DOT selling RED L.E.D.s for the interior of our Audi's. I want to avoid online/ebay stores. I already checked pecific mall, all they have is xenon match which I'l get for my city light as soon as I figure out how to get to it. Thank you in advance, cheers.

 

Don't tell me no one has interior/city light LED's in all of Eastern Canada

 

Not all LED's are created equal, so while some people (myself included) have LED's, they're not necessarily bought locally. I got my citylights from the UK, for instance. I posted on AW about these bulbs here.

 

Do you find the LED City Light to be a bit too much of a "point of light" vs regular filament bulb filling the projector lense with light?

 

Yeah, I do. I had these other ones before which were a bit better with diffused light, but they weren't as diffused as filament bulbs.

 

I guess the Internet will have to do. Do you know what size of the dome bulb is for my A4 B7? What site you can suggest to me for the purchase of the bulbs. I know the map bulb is 64111 or B9As, correct me if i'm wrong and thank you in advance.

 

BA9x appears to be what the base of the citylight bulbs are called, while H6W is what the bulbs are called. Note that BA9s is a similar base, only that the stubs are 180 degrees from each other instead of staggered as required. This is usually not a huge problem: you'd just need to file down one of the stubs. I'm not sure what's the correct bulb for your B7's dome light though: best bet is to take the existing one out to make sure.
