Had my coolant temp sensor replaced at the following place based on the recommendation of a fellow forum member.
Oakville Import Auto Centre

I dealt with the owner directly (Carlos) very nice honest guy
$90 per hr
Helped me out by giving me a lift to work and then picked me up
Car looked the same as when it went in (no oily finger marks on the fenders)
Felt safe leaving my car with them

Can anyone help me before i go mad or send the dam thing to Audi and spend a fortune?
The heaters in my Audi dont blow hot, they sometimes blow luke warm, also the MPG seems to be affected for the worse, both problems occured at the same time. The first thing i did was to change the coolent and ensure no air locks in the system when done, no difference I then flushed and back flushed the heater matrix, no difference I then changed the thermostat, no difference. Anybody out there got some more simple solutions for me to try before i send the car to Audi as my wife is starting to get sick of having no heating and im sick of the low MPG!! Also could the two problems be linked and how??

Does anyone have any referrals for Montreal? I have one for Sault Ste. Marie, Gary @ Algoma Auto Sales. Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable! I had a major meltdown while driving to the states and I managed to find them. If you are ever in need in that area, you have to call them. There is no other way and they were reasonable.
