So finally got my car back after replacing the gearbox. I thought it would be a great chance to intall a light weight flywheel; so ordered one, and got installed together with the gearbox. So it's just 10lbs vs the stock one around 25lbs

It is very cool...shifting is way more fun now! Rev matching is much better during quick up shifting. Heel & toe down shifting is also far quicker than before. Lucky the GT28RS has quite a bit of lag under 3000rpm, or else it would be really tough for daily driving.

 

I always thought people who said they felt much of a difference after changing the fly-wheel were making it up...but the more and more I hear about it the more I believe it actually makes a difference.

- pioneer DVD player, touch screen. stereo sounds crisp and clear with plenty of base w/o a sub box.

- brand new clutch
- brand new eibach sport lowering springs (very nice and smooth ride)
- brand new smoked tail lights and side blinkers (from Germany)

- hid kit with brand new 6000k light bulbs
- brand new UNGO alarm
the only bad is that the paint has scratches in it, otherwise everything works on it and it's a beautiful and very smooth drive.

Where's Audi on the gas price file? Are there any hybird cars in the works?

 

Q7 will be the 1st North America bound Audi that comes with available TDI, most likely 3.0 V6 TDI. Hybrid will also be available for States that aren't allowed diesel to offer in passenger cars, like California and NY.

 

California and NY don't allow diesel passenger vehicles?
