S-8 No longer in Production

Is the S-8 no longer in production or not being imported to the U.S. as a
new vehicle?

If Audi has stopped bringing in this fine vehicle, why?

Model change-over? A new 8 series appears to be available in the UK now...

The new A-8 is in the United States now as well.

Well, the A8L, actually. I wish they'd bring the standard wheelbase
version over here; the L version looks kind of ungainly in the rear.
