Tha,
I should be apparent from my comments (and grammar) that I am also a
graduate of UC. I also suspect that during my seven (7) years there I was
both a masochist and too stupid to transfer to a real school.

Perhaps now we are getting closer to the answer.
Northland Porsche Audi's Service Department quoted me a charge of $39.99 if
I remember correctly for an oil, lube & filter change on my A6.
My last oil change was at a local quickilube that charged me $18.32
including the two extra quarts of 0w-30 Valvoline I specified.

It is Northland Porsche Audi he is referring to. It is the generally
thought to be the better of the two dealerships in the Cincinnati area.
It is also where I bought two Audi.

He is fairly correct here. If you bisect the state of Ohio diagionally
along I-71Cincinnati is about 250 miles south-west of Akron and Kent.
